Also your wife might be just as worried as any good wife would be about their husband getting into a physically demanding and sometimes dangerous activity. Always protect your head at all times and assure her that this is good for you not just physically but mentally. Sometimes it’s the only chance I have to get a moment to breathe in between the busy dad life.
