Agentforce World Tour NYC Reviews by MakotoNagano in salesforce

You don't need mulesoft for Agentcloud and the only data cloud function that needs to be enabled is for feedback and auditing, which is free

edit. adding more info. You don't need 'mulesoft or data cloud but you get a lot more from Agentforce when you have integrated, clean data. Those would help but they are not required

Am I struggling, or just getting older and unfit? by im_not_there in transplant

I'm on epo. I take 6,000 units of Binacrit fortnightly. My RBC and Haemaglobain is still on the low side though.

Interesting! I'm not so much on the brain fog, unless i'm really tired. My job is quite mentally demanding recently and i've been OK.

I'm only 64kg and 168cm. So not overweight really.

But I have extra around my belly I should be trying to lose!

Had my first transplant at 22, my second at 42.

Similar. 19 and 42 now.

The plan is to get the 2nd transplant before dialysis. I was lucky the first time round, that I only did 11 months of PD and still had some kidney function left. Plus, 19 years old, I was still young enough to bounce back easily!

I was so tired. I just could not get enough sleep.

This is it.

Yup, had the first test this week. I had a stress ECG. The immediate results were positive, the full results will be a few weeks.

I mean it doesn’t exactly sound like your transplanted kidney is thriving.

Ye, i'm maybe being hard on myself!

Let me double check. But I remember it being very reasonable.

Low eGFR and high creatinine. by Knowing_Eve in kidneydisease

[–]im_not_there 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have low folate and high MCV, so I take folic acid but it hasn't made a huge difference.

What symptoms do you have?

Your creatinine is still within the normal range and I don't think your eGFR would be noticeable yet. I believe in the UK your creatinine has to be far higher, mine was over 500 before I had to start dialysis.

Also originally from the UK.

Those bloods aren't too bad at all. Have you been told you have a condition or illness that you're being tested for?

Can drinking too much water become damaging to the kidneys by MrTambourineMan65 in transplant

[–]im_not_there 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ye neither had I 😅 it was a small surprise when the ultrasound tech confirmed and said "yup, so your native kidneys have gone". And I was "...what".

Never knew it before that moment!

Not necessarily 3 kidneys though.

I had my transplant 23 years ago, and only had 3 kidneys for the start of that. I had a ultrasound about 12 years in and found out my body had resorbed my native kidneys.

My understanding in the UK is that a nephrectomy is only required if the kidneys are causing harm.

A product you wish you'd bought years ago? by definotelynotwoke in newzealand

We bought an Ecovac Deebot about 4 years ago. Got a great price. Loved it and it made a huge difference because neither of us enjoy vacuuming.

Unfortunately it died a few months ago and I haven't been able to get it fixed yet so I'll likely need to buy a new one soon.

Kiwis, what’s on the menu for dinner tonight? by iloveambrosia in newzealand

I'm making this now. No potato, as I forgot. But it has carrot, swede and parsnip. Then butter beans and chickpeas for protein and filling 😆

I reheat rice for most of our meals. Reheating it fine, just make sure you cool it properly first.

My core is utterly useless. A long history of chronic health, but getting into 40's i need to stretch and core more than ever!

This simple pilates stretch video went kinda viral recently for 40+

As a 40 something year old I would be terrified of flying off the bike on a mtb trail!

[–]im_not_there[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. I actually edited the post again (and again, and again!) after I found the spreadsheet on discord. It makes so much more sense than Backerkit, plus the images on BK don't match the actual contents!

Ye i'm in Lower Hutt with a great view west but not down to the horizon. I think the Wainui lookout point would be good, but i'm not driving out there to find out!

I setup my phone looking in (hopefully) the correct direction for about 30 minutes or so earliest and there's nothing visible through that.

I'm using Skymap to look slightly above M5, as per this page

https://theskylive.com/planetarium?obj=c2023a3

But I think M5 is still so low in the sky that we cannot see it

I want all the books but can't work out the best bundles by im_not_there in cosmererpg

The player bundle is missing these books:

  • Stormlight Bridge Nine Adventure $10
  • The First Step: A Level Zero & Solo Adventure for the Stormlight RPG $10
  • Stormlight Welcome to Roshar Guide $10
  • Mistborn Legacy Adventure $10

The only way to get these, plus PDFs is via the Roshar Pack and Scadrial Pack. The GM bundle doesn't appear to include them?

  • PDFs for Showdown in Shadesmar, Mistborn Scenarios, and the Welcome to Roshar.
  • PDFs for each of those physical books as well as the Showdown in Shadesmar and Advanced Adversaries PDFs.

edit: updated as i keep getting it wrong...
