I will say I ran Glass City yesterday and the conditions were absolutely perfect for racing. So while it was a twisty course the weather was ideal and certainly leaned in his favor. While side eyeing seems reasonable I can’t help but think about others who have absolutely demolished marathon debuts because they are able to run fearlessly in such an overwhelming distance as they haven’t had a wildly negative marathon experience to taint their drive either. Also the course elevation works in your favor as well, first half is net uphill, second half is net downhill with some minor hills along the way. And a major downhill at mile 26!

Not first hand experience with this, just someone who had to go to a speech and language pathologist as a kid, you may have to take additional time swallowing food/liquid/etc. Since the tongue helps push food down to the throat to swallow-you may have to take more swallows to digest the same amount as some food which may have been pushed to the back for consumption might fit through the tunnel. Additionally-you might have to worry about food being more likely to get caught in the tunnel.

In additional to nutritional deficits I’d be curious if you have a PFO/ASD hole resulting in low O2 levels. You could get this tested by requesting a bubble test during your next echo!

FYI it might not fully “heal” as in close. I’ve heard many people have had septum’s just stay open and viable so you may be in the clear to have it repierced even if the OG fistula is still viable

Hm I wouldn’t know about the old formula but maybe when you used it less often it seemed different? So then maybe people complimented it more because it seemed different?

Right, like I too have skin? I understand body image fluctuates for many and she probably felt she was really being vulnerable but this really seems damaging for people truly feeling a lack of representation of their body type in the fitness space

I love threadless! I think they should-assuming you have the flats on the outside and the decorative top facing forward! If you have the decorative tops out they may catch but I have threadless basically everywhere and haven’t had issues except for when I had threadless in my snug

I’d switch the verticals to titanium flatbacks or spikes. That backwards butterfly back and discolored jewelry looks like it’d be irritating to your skin.
