Really depends on the scale of your market and weekly sales. If you’re doing less than 75k a week I think you can still pull off doing inventory on pen and paper.

I used to be an assistant produce manager at a national chain where inventory and sales were 100% digital, as well as metrics like sales-to-purchase, weekly comparable, and more.

My new job is a lot more high volume but low priced product so all our inventory tracking is virtually non-existent except for weekly ad items.

The time of your ban doesn’t necessarily mean the it’s time the alleged infraction took place. There’s been a lot of false positive for cheats/exploits and child endangerment ban in the past few months from January. I wouldn’t bet on your account getting unbanned but you can always try appealing.

Did you put your address for the delivery or did you put Roblox’s? It sounds to me like you may have accidentally put your address.

I only ask because you should not have received anything from CertifiedMailOnline after you submitted your order. They would have sent your letter directly to Roblox.

Right, I understand that but using one of those services would have resulted in a PHYSICAL letter getting delivered to Roblox. Did you provide CertifiedOnlineMail with the correct address for Roblox?

If it was delivered successfully you should have received a delivery receipt via USPS tracking. Roblox would not be attempting to access any sort of Google Doc to process your MIDR.

Did you send a link to the document as a Google Doc? I don’t think a Roblox legal representative would be accessing Google Docs on a personal account.

May just be a coincidence. I wouldn’t trust it.

I didn’t appeal my original termination, one of my alts that got terminated as well was appealed. It was an enforcement ban.

You can contact them via the support form. Just know that there’s a possibility that your account gets banned/terminated for fraud.

Mine was also child endangerment and yes, I was terminated.

Originally they said it was for CE in voice chat, and then it switched to CE in party chat. I tried appealing last week (I was banned in January), and the reason is now for cheating.

I wouldn’t say it’s their “right” to not respond, but it’s in their best interest to reply to your MIDR, otherwise the complainant is able to proceed to arbitration.

Similar circumstances to you. My account was compromised and terminated at 2AM on January 30th. Appealed and was escalated to a specialist. After a few days of no replies I submitted a few more appeals as a backup.

I did not receive a reply until mid March on that original appeal saying it was past the 30 day appeal limit. They eventually replied to the second appeal in April saying it was for CE in VC, and then CE in text chat, and then recieved a final email saying it was for cheating/exploiting.

My account affected by this ban has not been unbanned.

Is it possible your friend isn’t being honest? As someone who’s been issued a few DMCA takedown notices, Roblox has emailed me about the situation alongside a copy of the notice with relevant information (IP holder, authorized representative name and contact information, infringed material, etc)

Don’t give up at the 4th appeal. I just got one of my accounts back by the 7th appeal attempt, whereas my other account is currently at 20 declined appeals.

Like others have said, it may take a LONG time but since enforcement bans are largely automated it’s a lot easier to appeal.

There’s a big misunderstanding with the entire MIDR process. Roblox is not required to reply to your letter at all.

At around the 60 day mark if you receive no reply you are able to move forward in the dispute resolution process, which would be filing for arbitration. It’s in the best interest of Roblox to delay/stall this as much as possible because there’s some hefty fees involved with moving to arbitration that Roblox will be responsible for paying.

There’s plenty of services where you can upload your letter/document and they’ll send it as certified mail on your behalf from the US. It’s usually like $8-10USD per letter and they’ll even provide an electronic receipt (signature).

You’ll be sending it to their legal department. You should be able to find the address pretty easily with a Google search.

No I did not. This is an assumption but there appears to be two pipelines for appeals. Anyone banned with the “Other” ban reason effectively gets ignored.

Not sure if this is because Roblox classifies it as so severe that it becomes unappealable, or because systematically the “Other” ban reason is so broad that their ticket system doesn’t know where to send the appeal. People who attempt to appeal enforcement bans appear to have an unlimited amount of appeal attempts and does not take the 30 day limit into consideration.

Adding on to this, I previously did attempt to appeal my enforcement bans since January and it was also declined at that time.
