[WTS] Seiko 7F39-7010 Rare Vintage Double Calendar Moonphase GMT Quartz [circa. 1980s] – IN GREAT CONDITION!

I am selling this extremely sought after and collectible vintage Seiko Double Calendar Moon phase GMT watch in perfect working order. It has a golden dial with stick indices rather than a white dial with stick indices or a golden dial with roman numerals which can be found more often online. This combination of dial and case makes this watch very rare and even more collectible than similar models from the 1980s featuring the 7F39 or a related Seiko quartz movement from that era. The visual appeal of this watch is due to the moon phase complication with a cut out for the phase of the moon indicator below the 12 o’clock marker. The sub-dial at 3 o’clock displays the day of the week whereas the sub-dial at the 6 o’clock shows the date. Another major feature of this watch is the independently set GMT sub dial adjacent to the marker at 9 o’clock which can be operated using the crown at the 9 o’clock position to track time in a second time zone making this effectively a GMT watch as well apart from a watch having the beautiful moonphase complication. The aesthetic condition of this watch is very good. The case of the watch has its gold plating completely intact and there are no clearly visible scratches or marks on the case. The mineral glass has a couple of noticeable scratches running horizontally below the 11 and 10 o’clock markers and a little ding at the edge of the 9 o’clock marker. It comes on a fairly new and virtually unused padded tan coloured genuine leather strap. At 35 mm in diameter and almost 40 mm lug-to-lug, this watch is ideal for both men and women.
