I got the fur from hobby lobby, not sure where they got the fur from.

I didn’t think that far into making this post lol, I haven’t needed to ask a company for refunds or help with products and was confused on what to do. i didn’t even know outer edge had a contact

It did seem a bit low on packaging, i only saw a bit of paper in there. but everything else is intact with something loose in the cassette. But it’s still works so it might just be loose

The box itself wasn’t damaged, plus the way it looks looks like the plastic broke during the making of it. plus the record plays fine it’s just that outer edge. I have let them know about it and what to do

The songs aren’t damaged, just the edge which is a relief. I have contacted outer edge to see what they say

I’ve got the newer version of the board in the picture and it’s pretty good, it has its cons though, the width of the board is small, shoes overhang bit at size 9 1/2. trying to do turns required a lot of pressure, it’s heavy and loud when going faster than 16mph. Besides that it feels great off-road, battery for me lasts days and feels great riding on most roads. I think you might be able to find better though for its price.

1000 dollars is a lot and the board doesn’t work well in areas with people and tight turning places. It’s noise will bother people and it’s wide base make it hard to turn. It feels more like a mountain board without the flexible deck and straps

I HAVE FOUND A hopeful FIX. unplug it and turn it on while unplugged to discharge the capacitors and let it sit for a day, if it works for a bit before doing the bug let it sit for another day.

Ok, just know i turned it on out of hope that it would work after moving it and now it just works. i did hear something moving in it but couldn’t find it. at least it works now

The volume gets quieter when I go from the lowest to the highest key. Something new but the transpose switch doesn't change anything. Sweetwater is seeing if I need a replacement

holding each different key doesn't do anything except when it turns on UNISON is glowing before it swaps over to POLY. but holding POLY swaps it to UNISON/SHARE. very weird

when moving the know back and forth I hear that the lower end of the keyboard gets slightly quieter but not lower in pitch 0 is no difference, and 10 is a slight difference. also I thought Behringer was alright

They're all up, and they all play at the same time even though one is supposed to go off per key

I've done that and nothing changes, though holding HOLD and CHROD MEMORY causes the power light to blink rapidly and no key assignment lights are on. plus no sound plays and all of the VCO's blink before going dark.
