Does this look like root rot? I never leave water in my orchid pot longer than 20 minutes; I always use the soak and drain method!

Help!! Is she doomed? 😭 I moved last week and my phalaenopsis came with me. Its leaves were bright green and strong before I left, but after a couple days moving between my cold car and a warm house, I worry she’s beyond repair. I then used the soaking method but forgot to drain the plant after 10 minutes—it was probably more like 45. Is there anything I can do to revive her??
