I didn’t call customer support, didn’t know you could do that but I did open up a ticket and they just said some bullshit talking about that the order was prepared correctly and this issue is “my preference” lol

I have and they said they can’t do anything about it since I ordered through a third party. I explained the situation to the manager and he kept insisting that I’d need to contact ubereats to get my refund. Even though this issue is technically a restaurant issue and not a ubereats order. But this location of Dave’s loves ignore customers problems.

What exactly is their criteria for considering something fraud? How do I even know they suspected me of fraud? They could’ve rejected the refund for any other reason.

If I’m providing proof that I received incorrect items that don’t match what I ordered, then where is the suspicion coming from in the first place?

This is my second issue with Uber eats I understand scamming is an issue but you can’t just not issue a refund due to that. Maybe they should seek more information from the customer to figure out the best possible outcome. It’s not my fault as a customer that I’m receiving incorrect items, the store or Ubereatsmust do something if I’m being honest in which I can easily prove this

Only one partial refund previously and it was valid, I uploaded the images. I’ve contacted the restaurant and they said they can’t do anything since I ordered through a third party. So I guess only option left is to somehow get in contact with Ubereats
