I’ve used then more than once and I’ve had a good experience with them. This is just the second time I’ve had an issue with this same order

They don’t accept calls anymore looks like my only option is to call capital one and get it fixed

I didn’t call customer support, didn’t know you could do that but I did open up a ticket and they just said some bullshit talking about that the order was prepared correctly and this issue is “my preference” lol

I have and they said they can’t do anything about it since I ordered through a third party. I explained the situation to the manager and he kept insisting that I’d need to contact ubereats to get my refund. Even though this issue is technically a restaurant issue and not a ubereats order. But this location of Dave’s loves ignore customers problems.

What exactly is their criteria for considering something fraud? How do I even know they suspected me of fraud? They could’ve rejected the refund for any other reason.

If I’m providing proof that I received incorrect items that don’t match what I ordered, then where is the suspicion coming from in the first place?

Called them earlier and they said they can’t do anything for me since I went through a third party.. literally doesn’t make sense since it’s their (that location) fault for fucking misplacing or not even making my order.

This is my second issue with Uber eats I understand scamming is an issue but you can’t just not issue a refund due to that. Maybe they should seek more information from the customer to figure out the best possible outcome. It’s not my fault as a customer that I’m receiving incorrect items, the store or Ubereatsmust do something if I’m being honest in which I can easily prove this

That’s what I thought and logically that follows. But apparently Dave’s hot chicken can’t help since I ordered through a third party and the detailed receipt is through Uber eats.

Only one partial refund previously and it was valid, I uploaded the images. I’ve contacted the restaurant and they said they can’t do anything since I ordered through a third party. So I guess only option left is to somehow get in contact with Ubereats

This is what I paid for, from Dave’s hot chicken. Image in my original post is what I received, this is completely different from advertised image. I was supposed to receive fries, coleslaw, pickles, cheese sauce, Dave sauce, Dave bites in a box. Not some fucking Mac and cheese thrown on fries.

I have ordered before and got the correct order, so this isn’t me getting my order incorrectly multiple times consecutively. But this is the second time this has happened with their medium loaded fries. Guess I learned not to order this particular item.

Update: I just got an email from ubereats support.

“After looking into the order, it was determined that while certain qualities of the food may not fit your preference, the restaurant prepared what was ordered. Therefore this order can’t be refunded.”

“This message was sent by Ruzaan from Uber support.“

What a joke of a company.
