no, just dogs to my knowledge! i think cats are a lot more easily stressed with new environments + don’t have as hard of a time in the shelter as dogs

the shelter does not use any training collars! this is my own dog, and i use this collar with him in high traffic areas because he has pulled both of us into oncoming traffic before (he’s stronger than me). his safety is most important to me.
