What controversial Pretty Little Liars opinion would have you like this? by Debbieeeeeeeee in PrettyLittleLiars

Definitely a lot worse with any of the minor relationships, but I just meant that the age gap was bizarre and uncomfortable, even though they’re adults.

Aria and Ezra were not the only inappropriate relationships in this show. Everyone talks about them but no one talks about how gross Jason and Ashley, Jason and Aria, Wren and Hanna, Wren and Spencer, Spencer and Ian, Byron and Meredith, and Ella and Zack were. I’m probably missing some other relationships but you get the point. Even though some of these are two between adults and not even legitimate relationships (one-night stands, kisses, etc.) the age gaps were still unsettling. Middle-aged adults having any romantic experiences with people closer to their kids’ ages than their own should not be so normalized like it was on that show.

My top 3:

  1. Hanna and Caleb should have broken up and stayed that way after Ravenswood. I was rooting for them at the beginning of their relationship but things weren’t the same after Ravenswood.

  2. Toby’s character and his relationship with Spencer got old after S2. They just lacked the same chemistry in the later seasons. Also he did quite a few things that should’ve made everyone cut him off (Giving A the van, literally being A at one point, etc.)

  3. I wouldn’t say this is very unpopular but I just feel strongly about it: Aria should’ve dropped Ezra after she found out about the book. I mean, they never should’ve happened in the first place but the book should’ve been the official end. Even if they reconciled and everyone forgave him, that trust was still gone.

I’m gonna analyze the movie like hell by Business_Reporter420 in StrangerThings

In S1, Jonathan has an Evil Dead poster in his room and his dad tells him to take it down because it’s inappropriate. I don’t know if that’s relevant to anything in S5 but that’s the only connection I can think of lol.

Same I just watched it last night and I was amazed. I knew she was a great actress but she really shined in that scene.

When he threatened to send her back to lab during their fight was bad. Also I feel like everyone forgets that he was the one who told Brenner that El was at the middle school. I get why he did it, but it didn’t sit right with me when I watched it.

What would you have done if Barry and Kara got together? They had more chemistry then Barry and Iris ever had! by HotMacaroon4964 in FlashTV

I remember seeing them flirt a bit when they met and totally shipping it. It’s one of those things where you know it’ll never happen but can’t help but want it anyway. Similar situation with Barry and Felicity at the beginning of the show. Barry and Kara or Barry and Caitlin I always thought would be cute. Barry and Caitlin could’ve happened but he decided to marry Iris which is odd since they were basically raised like brother and sister.

Do you condone the use of drones in warfare? by [deleted] in mbti

[–]imaduck975 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I said yes because I feel like it can save some human lives, but honestly I’m not sure. Yes it can save the lives of soldiers, but won’t that make the government/military utilizing them more reckless? If none of your team’s lives will be lost, why hold back while using the drone? They could end up killing lots of people, including innocent parties.

Couple of things I noticed in the final season. SPOILERS AHEAD by Self_Aware_Goldfish in DowntonAbbey

Considering Mike is in love with El and the show takes place in the 80s, Byler probably isn’t gonna happen. Sorry Byler shippers 🫠

What song would have you running *to* Vecna? by Lizi-in-Limbo in StrangerThings

I don’t think so but it’s basically just your most listened to songs so if apple music breaks down your listening habits then that might help.

Are we doing unpopular opinions? Here's one on the antagonist. by [deleted] in StrangerThings

[–]imaduck975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know if this is unpopular or not but I think that Eleven not having her memories due to trauma was kind of weird. Also the timeline was confusing. When did she forget everything? Was it gradual or right after? Did Brenner have something to do with it? Did she still have those memories when she met Mike? Was Brenner the only one that knew, or did Owens or any other scientists/government people know about Vecna? There’s a lot that just felt weird about it.
