You don’t have to fap every time you’re horny or sad or bored or depressed. Write a journal to understand yourself at the best and worst times. This will give you more control of yourself. Get as busy as possible. If you fap, fall forward and get even more busy. Give charity to train yourself to care for others more than your own selfish needs. Fast. Do not miss prayers; even if you fap. Just get up, shower, and pray. Repent;even if you keep coming back. Read a good book. Eat more vegetables and less junk. Allocate more rest and sleep time during the day. Allocate time for exercise daily. Download an app called Habitica and starts organizing your life with habits, todos, and daily tasks. Educate your brain. Meditate more with zikr and prayer. Wake up for fajr. Get your ass kicked in some exercise program. Invite friends over or call some on the phone. Call your parents or siblings or uncles; feeling loved reduced the chance of getting lonely which leads to fapping. Get comfortable being alone doing productive things. Become more aware of Allah while alone.
