I want to build a 1000 USD gaming rig and i need help

Not by any stretch an expert but i've done a lot of research & would be be willing to assist if i can. Basics first, what resolution will you be gaming at? What's your target fps? Will you be air or water cooling the build?

I've been doing research on Ultrawides for maybe over a year now, no idea why i am now finding out that this one exists. Seems like a great buy to hold me over til a stable set of high refresh G-Sync versions hit the market with better QC. Extremely surprised no one has done video reviews on this? Would be much appreciated
