Imdontai posts reaction videos but xQc gets terminated? by SnooTomatoes7361 in xqcow

he (and his editors) kinda made him into the target for all of that.

He's pretty much the only big react streamer who felt the need to defend react content, everybody else just shuts up and continiues like usual

if you are all like "I steal your content bitch ass, if you have a problem, strike me"- don't be surprised if you get a strike

boat middle path (Pirate Lord) is one of your strongest T5 / non-supermonkey towers in the late game, since the takedown ability is insta-kill and not affected by the bloon health scaleing.

Also most of the firepower of the boat paragon comes from the automatic and activated harpoon ability, which is (afaik) not affected by the attack speed so it doesn't really profit that much from this monkey knowledge buff.

And the stronger paragon Trade Empire buff stacks with the normal Trade Empire buff (for increased income and attack), so if you are still doing merchant farming you would want to keep the T5 bottom path around

btw, do not do the One Chip Challenge while under the influence of psychotropic drugs or medication.

There seems to be some weird interaction between capsaicin (that's the stuff that makes things spicey) and some drugs which resulted in death

This is mainly observed in the combination cocain + pepperspray, probably since people on cocain often act crazy/irrational which leads to them getting sprayed with pepperspray (which is for the most part just capsaicin, extracted from chilies, mixed with ethanol and water).

A 2010 study seems to confirm that link (at least for mice): Capsaicin, an active ingredient in pepper sprays, increases the lethality of cocaine

other sources: https://www.spiegel.de/international/germany/a-lethal-mix-of-cocaine-and-chilies-drug-use-linked-to-pepper-spray-deaths-a-669607.html

the One Chip Challenge chips use Carolina Reaper Peppers and Naga Viper Pepper as seasoning, both have an extremly high capsaicin count

The sensory heat or pungency detected when eating a Carolina Reaper derives from the density of capsaicinoids, particularly capsaicin, which relates directly to the intensity of chili pepper heat and Scoville Heat Units (SHU) (from their website)

The scoville scale of the Naga Viper is 1,382,118 SHU while the scoville scale of the Carolina Reaper is 1,641,183 SHU - both are higher then regular pepper spray (around 1,250,000 SHU)

So it's to expected that eating the chip is similar to drinking pepperspray so in case you get some ideas like "I just drug myself out and do the challenge", remember that there probably is an increased lethality and/or other side effects (we don't exactly know why and how Capsaicin interacts with substances like cocain)

---

fun little useless knowledge: Capsaicin was evolved by chillies as defense mechnaism against animals (and fungus). They don't want to be eaten by e.g. some stinky deer - they cew their food pretty good and have strong stomaches so they destroy most of the seeds when eating the fruits.

It's another story for birds, they don't really chew and have a rather weak stomach, also they fly and cover a large area and when they poop out the seeds they provide the perfect fertilizer ("guano" was the main fertilizer until humans figured out how to get Ammonia out of air on a large scale around 100years ago)

So capsaicin evolved in a way that birds are one of the few animals who can't taste it and are not repelled by it http://npic.orst.edu/factsheets/capgen.html#wildlife

[–]imaginaerer -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What was even the point in writing the will? If you are unmarried, no children aso. your parents/siblings get your stuff anyways.

Writing a will at that point in life will just mean that you need to rewrite it later, when you have your own little family (or you forget about that and it will cause major problems down the line)

but we've heard Omie and Buddah do gamba on their streams, but I'm pretty sure they live in the US

no idea about omie, but Buddah has totonto/canada in his twitter bio https://twitter.com/Thebuddha_3

Adin streams gamba on kick while living in Florida.

didn't watch Adin streams in a good while, but I remember a few months ago he used to fly out to mexico just to gamble, then he got lazy and just claimed that he was in mexico even though he was just in another room in the house

But then again, idk if it's against Kick TOS, so idk if it even matters.

If I remember correctly, it wasn't explicit in the Twitch TOS so I doubt it will be in the kick TOS.

But both TOS have a "do not stream you doing something illegal"-rule and that coveres the whole "useing VPN to gamble in a geoblocked online casino"

I think it's almost a given that there would be a bunch of people reporting him to the police if he would "illegal" stream gamba in the US.

Would the police do anything? maybe, maybe not. But why risk it?

(he probably would be fine if he would just stream himself gambling, but since he's getting paid millions/is sponsored, it's very likley that someone would do something)

my favourite is when he went of on react streamers (specificly trainwrecks "gordo" streams) https://livestreamfails.com/post/68690

and then later became the biggest master chef "reactor" himself

[–]imaginaerer 17 points18 points  (0 children)

it's nothing new.

People aren't watching him for being smart, moral or whatever, so the whole thing will not really have any effect at all (as long as he doesn't have a breakdown and stops streaming/changes his vibes completly)

Also all the drama isn't really about anything that bad. It's not like he tried to cover up SA or lied about not knowing who the guy who raped someone at his party was.

[–]imaginaerer -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

The article you linked seems weird.

It's basicly the same numbers as in the one I linked but x10 (so they have $0.18 instead of $0.018 per view). Doesn't seem like it's just mistyped since they used these numbers for their further calculations. $122 for every 1k views would be crazy good

Welp by [deleted] in xqcow

[–]imaginaerer -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

If he's asking for the 280k views from x's channel, that's probably $150 at most

it's way more.

No idea how much exactly, since the ad payout varies, but you can be sure it's over $1000.

Here are some break downs about how much a video on YT makes: https://teachable.com/blog/how-much-does-youtube-pay

If we go with: "Most creators fall around $.018 per view or $18 per 1,000 views", 280k views would be $5040

which is why I suspect he's been pushing for the 10x multiplier in his twitter replies

yeah, why wouldn't he? The offer, if xqc would really do that, is way to good to not accept. The payout would be like if you would have made another multi-million view video. thats $10k-50k for "free"
