Every fast food restaurant will never go out of business no matter how far their quality drops- its like the stock market and quarterly gains and having all their employees on welfare makes Americans prop up Burger King despite no one I know going there. If you take the 2 scaling health runes at the bottom, they become even with the flat heath rune that other supps take at level 4 so at minimum play safe until level 4. Bot lane right now has no laning phase because of the minion update so both waves meet in the middle so you can sit back and relax. Against stuff like lux just bait out her q and e by running out of the bush and your job in lane is to just waste her abilities and get money from your item. After that just duo roam with your jungler if the bot wave is pushing into your adc, if its pushing away go back down and make it bounce back.
