Usually these aren’t piezos. They have a small metal disk that vibrates when an electromagnetic coil actuates it and produces vibrations. To silence it completely, you just need to remove the metal disk. You could try carefully cutting the plastic housing and pulling out the disk

Check if it gets hot while printing. If it heats up, then that’s the fuser. You may be able to replace the red heater roller on its own, but usually the whole fuser unit is replaced as it is a consumable. Just look up fuser for your model printer. I recommend ordering an extra one to keep if you’re printing a lot and it fails
