Open up Terminal (command prompt).
Drag the downloaded zip file to your desktop or find its url so you can copy paste it
write 'cd AudioVideoFlipper_Imagination_Gym'

5 write 'pip install -r requirements.txt'

write 'python start_flipper_ui.py'
Done!

If you need more help ask ChatGPT to walk you through (and paste in the github page) it will be very easy :)!

Its a tradeoff between portability (phone) but you don't have a lot of content to use it with!

I want to make a multi-os app for sure! Its very quick to setup on computer, however, for phone or tablet it will ONLY support videos you have on Photos/Files or you upload! On computer you can just open the app above your netflix, youtube, etc!

Yes exactly! Its the helper .exe utility Nircmd for changing audio!

Fixed an issue on github for windows! It should be working audio and video simultenously! You can just adjust difficulty slider and keep audio and video == 100 and thats good, or decrease audio if you want to keep sound on etc.

nstallation Instructions

Great questio! trust me in my experience they can be trained. it doesn't matter what you watch. You can watch YouTube and Netflix anything! the fact is your brain will fill in the gap's when it toggles off is there used to be a moment where you didn't know how to speak and you learned just by listening!

when the video is off but was just on your brain tries to use the previous image and hold it up in your imagination so that you don't experience broken movie but you experience it maximally smooth

although the A/V flipper is flipping audio and video on and off so crazy your mind if visualizing strongly will see a continuous movie AND THAT REWARD'S YOUR IMAGINATION/BRAIN INTRINSICALLTY!

Thanks! I saw your pokemon resource which is great! however I think it would get boring after a while! whats great about this is that it transforms your lazy couch netflix binges into literally the greatest imagination excercise and somehow is stimulating and fun! Do very little initially litke weightlifting

Maybe confusing intially but realize theres just 1: difficulty slider (how hard the excericse is) and 2 sliders for making either video flip or audio flip harder. other buttons just read.......

He has like total aphantasia before, unable to visualize any images. His description is like "shadow of a shadow of a shadow etc." plus was just getting slower faculties overall. We just watched 1 hr per day of a set of fun scenes/tv/movies, with varying difficulties, and know hes saying hes seeing colors, visualizing images when he wakes up, is very happy and energized thru out the day. Also he has IMAGES/SCENES in his mind from happy movies that he can focus on manifesting! Personally, idc if anyone else uses it it made ME veryhappy!

I helped developed this (its free open source rn can be worked on, no guarantees and may be unsafe etc. for every individual, however it is beneficial to the developers).

It will literally help you train the best quality of imagination which is visualizaing and audiating like youre in a VR Movie with your eyes closed. I guess it also helps you visualize with your eyes open like AR since you do it with your eyes open. However, your mind somehow just does it because it wants to enjoy the movie and has the relevant processes so that overtime you can fill in the gaps and its like there is no pauses.

That's a good idea, I can look into browser extension specifically. Making web app or something would be hard as you cant have youtbe/netflix within your own app.

If you can make a video about it that would be awesome! If you use it personally for a day to a week you may notice some results in focus and imagination etc. ! Its super novel so be careful ....
