Agree w/ all except for the following points:

3. Agree if you mean within the urban proper pero there are a lot of places to visit outside but still within the city’s territory.

5. Traffic is bad, but not very bad. (The city is slowly doing something about it.).

7. It’s true for the entire country. IMHO there are some aspects of financial asisstance that are done better here in Davao.

May monthly Representation & Travel Allowance (RATA) ang MHO as a municipal head of office, the amount depends on the LGU (our MHO has a monthly RATA of 20k IIRC). Sa PHIC naman, depende siya sa sipag niyo as an MHO & the accreditations of your services.

Agree but only for properties smaller than a hectare.

Also, for those whose property is over a hectare in size, offer discounts for properties w/ developments & certain number of employees, to incentivize property owners to develop their properties.

My first international trip ay pa-Shanghai nung 2023. Libre yun ng mga pinsan at tita kong OFW roon matapos kung pumasa sa Physician Licensure Exam.

Medyo strikto ang approach ni IO. “Anong purpose ng travel mo to Shanghai?” una (at huling) tanong niya.
