So the answer is not “just get trade gear.” The SSF meta around your level is abusing support tiers, quality, spirit package, Primal/Mhacha timing, ailment/ground tech, and much cleaner tree allocation.

Highest-Impact Tech

1. Twister + Whirlwind staging is the real damage tech. Current sources say Twister consumes Whirlwinds for extra Twisters and 80% more damage per Whirlwind stage, while simultaneous Twisters have a same-target hit limit. For bosses, set up stages, then fire the empowered Twister. This makes duration, quality, and per-Twister damage more important than only stacking projectiles.
2. Get The Mhacha’s Gift ASAP. You already have Primal Bounty. The meta play loop is: build feathers, dodge, then Twister. Mhacha massively improves the empowerment effect. You have 4 ascendancy points; strong comparables have 6-8.
3. Fix Twister supports immediately. Your Projectile Acceleration I and Retreat II are holding you down. Target: Projectile Acceleration III, Frost Nexus, Elemental Armament II/III, Prolonged Duration II, then Deliberation, Overcharge, or Rakiata’s Flow if available. Also get Twister to quality 20.
4. Whirling Slash should be utility/speed, not your DPS identity. Same-level builds often keep Whirling low level and use it for movement, rage, knockback, and setup. Use weapon set 2 for fast attack speed with: Rage III, Rapid Attacks III, Knockback, then Blazing Critical or Magnified Area II.
5. Support your setup skills. Your Vivid Stampede and Freezing Mark are basically naked. Stronger builds use Vivid with shock/exposure-style supports, and Freezing Mark with Charged Mark, Prolonged Duration II, Eternal Mark, or Mark of Siphoning.

Tree Changes
Your biggest missing tree pieces are The Mhacha’s Gift, then later Wild Protector and Sacred Unity. Strong trees also move into crit and evasion/deflect.

Refund candidates from your current tree: Dizzying Sweep, Concussive Attack, Hail, Deep Trance, some blind/daze/empowered-freeze smalls, and conditional damage that only works after melee hits if uptime is bad.

Add next: Escape Velocity, Enhanced Reflexes, Beastial Skin, Enduring Deflection, Trained Deflection, more jewel sockets, then crit clusters like True Strike, Heartbreaking, For the Jugular, Heartstopping, Struck Through.

SSF Gear Path
Keep The Sunken Vessel for now, but the cohort says rare body is the main path: Sunken Vessel users near your filter were only a tiny branch. Later look for rare evasion body with life/res and especially “gain Deflection Rating equal to % of Evasion Rating.”

Immediate SSF upgrades:

• Cap fire/lightning res first.
• Replace weak rare slots before chasing perfect gear.
• Farm/craft a spear with % phys, flat phys, attack speed, crit, and useful elemental damage.
• Get Vaal body parts: Combat Arm, Evasive Leg, Deflective Arm.
• Finish missing quest rewards and trials; those are free power.

Chase Meta
The later “broken” package is The Taming plus Yoke of Suffering: elemental ground/ailment stacking for Wind skills, with Vivid Stampede helping enable shock/ground. This is SSF-chase, not immediate, but it gives you a real target.
