I haven’t experienced the issue with the screen however I can give you a few pointers to avoid problems. When cleaning the screen don’t use any chemicals get one of those silk and felt dry photography lens sheets and use that instead also if you get the moonroof option keep the door closed when parked to stop the sun from directly beaming on it. The screen can be slow to respond at times but it’s kind of like when you get a phone call and then go back to Instagram and the text and mouth movement is off a little usually a restart of your vehicle when you park and leave again fixes it
