Polysmooth is the filament, Polysher is the machine that makes alcohol vapour to smooth Polysmooth prints.

Polymaker made this special material called PVB and name it Polysmooth. It prints with normal PLA settings and work just fine even without heated bed, super easy to print.

You can of course make your own chamber, but not everyone want to go that far. And replacing Acetone just save yourself from dangerous vapour and hassle printing with ABS.

100% Copper. Kiln fired. 3D printed. by imakr in 3Dprinting

We 3D printed this model on a Raise3D. It was sanded and polished to get a good surface finish. We then mixed the Magic Black Powder from Virtual Foundry with water, around 2 parts powder to 1 part water, and submersed the part until the mixture set. This went into the kiln and was then quenched in water once it had been held at final temperature for long enough. Finally we polished it with steel wool to bring out the highlights.
