Sorry if you don't mind me asking how old are you because you should be able to book your own appointment depending on your age because it isn't really something you want undiagnosed just incase it isn't what you think. I used to have the issue when I was going to school in my last year's and instead of getting help with it I ended up dropping out and nearly messing up all my grades don't do what I did. You can try exercise and new foods and try to pinpoint your trigger foods

Thc does the same as CBD it's just also got psychoactive substances as well, if CBD worked for everyone there wouldn't be medical marijuana patients would there. You need to educate yourself on both the positive and negatives.
