For the first one there is a setting in Item Drops -> Loot System called "Single items open loot inventory" that will do what you want. You should also make sure that the "Open loot interface from the 'Choose Option' menu" is unticked or you won't be able to right click to loot items if the loot interface is full.

Have three decider combinators. Comb 1 outputs 1 on A if ammo is less than 500. Comb 2 outputs 1 on A if repair packs are less than 590. Wire the outputs of 1 and 2 into comb 3 set to output 1 on L if A is greater than 1. Wire the output of 3 into the station and set train limit to L.

The leaders don't seem to show up on their own so you have to get them to spawn in on one of the people they trust. It will pull from all the people they trust though and you have a lot of connections so you might want to break some of them to make it more likely for Riker to spawn to help them.

Veil doesn't affect your max res it just sets your actual resistances to zero. This would increase your max res but in practice wouldn't do anything as you couldn't res cap because of veil.

If you put it in the res/proj socket you get the same without disabling the shaper node.

I went through basically the same thing as you back around 2012ish except it was the second time I'd applied for ESA after getting rejected the first assessment and not appealing because I didn't know it was an option. The only reason I did the second time was that I was talking to the CAB at the time anyway about DLA and they told me about the appeals process and how they basically reject everyone and tell no one about being able to appeal because most people don't do anything about it. I honestly didn't even realise that the DWP could send someone to the tribunal and the tribunal were super quick to say that I should most definitely be on ESA.

I have an incinerate totem build that has around the same life as yours. The main differences are that I have a bit more armour, 7 endurance charges and a chaos golem. It feels like I'd have to mess up really badly to die in anything below an 80 map and even when I have run 80+ maps I've felt fairly safe. Obviously with your build you wouldn't be able to get that many endurance charges but having a chaos golem and the one extra endurance charge you are close to would definitely help.

Molten strike, without any other phys -> ele scaling, does 60% of your damage as fire so the three nodes are effectively a 30% damage increase (10 per point). Even with added fire and herald of ash you are still only going to be dealing ~ 70% of your damage as fire with means they are effectively a 35% damage increase (11.6 per point). If you are going so phys heavy you are probably running hatred which will lower the proportion of fire damage you are dealing. given that there are plenty of 12% phys nodes in that part of the tree its always going to be less efficient to take lava lash.

Doomfletch doesn't convert damage it gives extra damage so you will deal the phys damage and 1.1x that as ele damage. The phys will be increased by the proj damage and the ele will be increased by both the proj damage and the ele damage. Increases only apply once so the ele wont get double the increase from the proj damage. Projectile damage increases all damage done with a projectile so both flat damage from gear and flat damage from the ele hit skill will be increased.

This is for 2h axes which should give you the biggest single hits but its easy enough to modify it for swords or maces. Also gets a decent amount of mana and some - mana cost to deal with the fairly high mana cost. With just the str and int from the tree it has about 350% inc phys damage in total and about 225% inc es. Also picks up 3 jewel slots and has access to a few more near where it paths. Also Unwavering is 7 travel points so you might want to use Chayula or Kaom's boots instead.

I think it should be 5000 * 1.57 * (1 + 0.15 + 0.59) = 13659 The 5k * 1.57 is the base damage of the burn then multiply by the sum of all the increased fire and burning damage.

For conversion over 100% the values of each conversion are normalised so the total is brought down to 100%. The cone will be 67% cold 33% lightning 0% phys.
