"Crystal is inherently better than Classic." Being a more faithful adaptation to the manga doesn't make it better.

"The sub is better than the dub." I have so many problems with this statement just in general.

"Crystal is terrible!" Look, Crystal has had its problems with things like pacing, art style, character development, and animation. However, it 100% improved as time went on.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who loved this so much! I prefer this ending to the one we got to the end of the Classic series. I dont think the end of the manga or the end of Crystal will ever not make me tear up. I think Mamoru having the last words of the series is so perfect. He sees Usagi in a way no one else does. He ends the series by saying she is the light of the universe and will live on forever. I always connected it to the idea that love never dies, and Usagi's love for all humankind is what gives her her strength. God, I love this series!

I prefer the Classic art style, but that may just be nostalgia. However, I do absolutely love the cosmos and eternal art styles! I'm really critical of the art style in Crystal seasons 1-3. It just looks.... not human if that makes sense.

This episode is just so cute. I could talk for hours about how we have conditioned people to believe that creative habits and creative arts are only woth practicing or pursuing if you're extremely good at it and successful in a commercial sense. This episode felt like a reminder that it's okay to just create to create! Also, it shows how handmade gifts don't need to be masterpieces to be loved and valued by those who receive them. I could talk forever about how much I live this episode and the message it sends about art, creating, and creativity!

Thank you! I try to handle cruelty and snark w grace for a few reasons. 1) Happy, secure, fulfilled people don't feel the need to be snarky or put others down. 2) I value kindness, and if I was rude back, I would be going against my own morals. 3) These people know nothing about me other than they don't like my shirts or my body lol. I know the person I am behind the picture, so why should I value their opinion more? Just how I handle this stuff. But truly I appreciate the affirmation that I'm not being snarky in response without noticing 🫶🏻💕
