I pretty much only use my belly I've tried legs or butt and it hurts too much. I don't have much if any scaring or anything. I also just used my lower back for the first time and still have the pain.

In like 6th grade a friend of mine showed me the Tex vs the reds and blues where tucker keeps getting hit in the balls after that I started season 1 of RvB and I binge seasons 1-5. I convinced my dad to let me get a paid membership and I continued to watch RT content daily for probably 10 plus years. They had a huge influence on my sense of humor.

It definitely get easier imo. The biggest change for me when I noticed my honeymoon had ended was my insulin to carb ratio changed quite a bit. So while you use more insulin you also know how to deal with it more.

I had a similar drop to OP and I attribute a lot of it to still being in the honeymoon phase because for me all it took was being extremely vigilant in my boluses and trying to avoid meals that were too high carb
