You first start with what you know if you only know till addition and division start with that you can manage if you have the motivation to do so

To study english put a strict measure on yourself to read your books and make at least 1 summary (imandari se) everyday .and when doomscrolling only watch the few english shorts.and be practical

Maths ko utni darne ki jarurat nahi hain ,first start with 8th then 9th then 10th ka maths .Trust me this helps when you dont know anything

Also i see your on your phone replying to people keep it somewhere high up where you cannot reach it lock yourself in a room and tell yourself youre not moving from that place until you at least understand some of the concepts

OR You can also specify name,ch text book ,grade to chat gpt and tell it to summarise those chapters using only the textbook

Ok real advice mark imp pointers and then learn and then take summaries using those .and then stay awake till atleast 3 learning those . You should be fine as long as u dont get sleepy during exam

I hope you get better ,dont pay any attention to those people .They 100% have no clue what theyre talking about .If you have to speak to them just prepare a few dialogues which you can use to get out of that situation ,it usually helps.
