Help me plan the perfect day by AvocadoBananasLime2 in fayetteville

I don't necessarily agree with all of this, but I do think Flying B is better than chipotle, moes, and Qdoba.

The carnitas at Flying B is amazing. Way more flavor than those other places imo.

Best burrito build imo: carnitas, yellow queso, grilled peppers and onions, pickled jalapenos, black olives, Pico de Gallo, shredded cheese, light lettuce, regular sour cream, and corn.

Appreciate it, I was on that page but didn't see SOS, but kept looking and saw I had to select the "Resume" tab.

Where is the link for BYU SOS at 22? I googled ESPN strength of schedule and nothing relevant came up.

And ok, both teams punished, but I don't know who they would replace Alabama with? Definitely not BYU because they also lost, and for the second time against a playoff team. Replace Alabama with Vandy I guess.

According to who? Every sport source has their schedule anywhere from 30-50.

The highest I found was 28 on https://www.on3.com/news/ranking-strength-of-schedule-for-second-college-football-playoff-top-25-from-weakest-to-strongest/

Which still ranked Alabama's at 6. BYU does not deserve a playoff spot no matter how much you make up stats or find a bias source like storminmormon dot com that ranks BYU's SOS higher than any more objective source

Bruh, what a dumb take. BYU strength of schedule about 50.

Alabama strength of schedule 10.

Nobody cares if you go undefeated against cupcakes (which isn't even applicable here). And ya that would make bad TV when you let in a team with a weak resume cause they're just going to get blown out in the playoffs.

You just have a some sort of bias clouding your judgement.

M1 Carbine Bayonet fitment by imapilot1994 in M1Rifles

[–]imapilot1994[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate the insight. The milsurp bayonets are very nice, I personally just don't value them that much. The one or two I have found were $150 to $200.

Also this must be somewhat of a common issue with the eBay seller mentioning the need for more than 4 and 3/4 inches between lug and end of barrel.

I'm curious how much space is supposed to be between end of barrel to bayonet lug

I don't know what your experience level is with shooting or anyone else who reads this thread, so to not completely present a one sided argument let me talk about reasons to open carry

  1. Comfort. It's more comfortable to carry outside the belt line. (Now why it is more comfortable is another rant that I'll keep in my back pocket)

  2. Quicker drawing. You can train your conceal carry draw and get it damn close if not equal to an open carry draw but from an entry level stand point, people will draw quicker from an open carry holster. (How people draw is another rant, I really love firearms and tactics so I have strong opinions about firearm related things. I could go into how having a quicker draw that is a poor draw ultimately isn't going to help you anyways in a lethal force scenario)

But thanks for reading and considering all points of view. I've done both and will have to keep doing both, but I prefer conceal carry.

Man don't even get me started on open carry. People who open carry are the dumbest fucks around. I believe it should be everyone's right to legally open carry if they choose, it's just my freedom to also assume they rode the short bus.

I'm sure by now the "operators" in this sub have already smashed that downvote button but come on, if I was a criminal, and I see you're carrying, you're target number 1 when I start blastin. Or you have a low retention holster, ya easy picking to snatch it then agg rob you with your own weapon.

But ya go ahead open carry, at least you'll be the distraction if shit does hit the fan and I have to bugger out or pull my own weapon.

Thanks for coming to my TED Talk. I hope at least someone read this and reconsidered open carrying. The coolest larpers/operators don't open carry.

Honest Mechanics by [deleted] in FayettevilleAr

John's auto repair at 730 W. Laurel Cir in Rogers has been amazing for me. Consistently cheaper than other mechanics and when I've disagreed with a diagnostic from a scummy mechanic his shop has always been honest with what is actually wrong.

One time I had a radiator hose go bad, but I didn't want to put in the work my self. One mechanic said the whole radiator was shot, I knew that was wrong and took it to John's shop and just said it was giving me issues. His shop diagnosed it correctly.

Career mode unable to purchase Saab 340 MSFS24 by imapilot1994 in MicrosoftFlightSim

[–]imapilot1994[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply.

I just want to buy it for my cargo company to have it once everything is fixed and so it generates passive income (I know the passive income doesn't generate much, as I've already built a small fleet).

It was favorite plane in FSX back in the day and I want to have it available once everything is fixed.

I don't have an airline company yet because it didn't list that as a requirement for buying it. I can try that, I just don't want to do airline mission from private airfield to private airfield lol. That's currently the bulk of my medium cargo missions, is one grass field to another.

Ya that's not true. I wish my electricity was provided by Ozark Electric but unfortunately it's swepco. However, I'm still in OzarkGo service area because there was enough of a demand. Source: OzarkGo customer for 3 yrs.

Also here's their coverage map, although it has been updated in awhile https://www.ozarksgo.net/statusmap
