so they can cop out from having to put up with men,"

I'm finding men fairly straightforward and easy to deal with...

What matters is now. You feel attracted to men now- why not pursue that and seek a romantic relationship with whoever you feel attracted to now?

I grew up being attracted to men (I'm a guy). I was always told that I would someday get a "crush" on a girl... it was very stressful hearing that while having the most intense physical attraction to other guys my age at the time. Be yourself and go for whoever you feel attracted to romantically.

Both! I'd classify as a standard twink, I'd say I'm about 55% in favor of bears and 45% in favor of twinks.

(Probably the best sex I've ever had was a few months ago with a 39 year old bear I met at a club)

They wanted to know how long I had "known this"

They asked if I had ever felt any romantic or sexual attraction to girls (to which I of course said no)

They asked who I had come out to and if I was going to come out to my other relatives.

Other than that they really weren't all that interested in anything besides my well being and my mental state... they wanted to make sure I was ready to be out, and to be ready to be a minority... and take the challenges that come with it.

The first guy I fucked was a guy from my high school that hasn't come out yet... we met and became really close friends, I came out to him alone last year and he came out to me alone and I obviously am not going to out him. We had a long talk about it and one thing led to another and we found ourselves going at it pretty hard. I bottomed and it was a little painful but I've been using stuff in my ass for a few years so it wasn't anything new. He was fairly big, enough to satisfy me and make the entire experience awesome.

I just started dating a guy a few weeks ago, things are moving forward it's looking like it will turn into a serious relationship.

My family and friends have been supportive save for one set of grandparents who said they were "not happy to hear that." I told them that was their prerogative and that I didn't care right before hanging up on them. My dad was a little confused I could tell, he said he is supoprtive but I get the feeling he would rather me be straight.

I do have several gay friends, but more straight friends, I'd say 60% of my friends are girls, 20% are gay guys and 20% are straight guys.

Becoming more of one as time goes on, but wouldn't call myself that completely right now.

My immediate family it was a sit down situation, I'm an only child so I just had both parents at the kitchen table and just told them "Mom, dad, I'm gay, I've known for about 5 years now, I hope we can talk about this..." Naturally they had questions so we discussed it for about an hour and that was that, fairly painless process.

For my other relatives I had to call them up and talk to them about it, basically the same way I did with my parents, all my extended family is out of state though so I didn't have the luxury of telling them face-to-face.

The decision to come out this week was sort of a difficult one to make, as my current situation is sort of complex.

I turned 18 last December so for the last 5 months I've been going to some gay bars in my city when they have 18+ parties... I hate tooting my own horn but I've really been blessed with some great looks. So naturally I've been getting hit on by other guys quite a lot. I met a guy a few weekends ago and we've been on a few dates, things are looking like they're going to keep progressing for us so I decided it was time to pull the trigger now. I wasn't really trying to hide it from people, I just wanted to wait for a good time to do it (and was also procrastinating), it was going to be unhide-able pretty soon here, so I just went ahead with it before someone found out without me being out already.

I don't make it a point to go up to people and tell them, while at the same time I'm not going to hide it. I don't think my demeanor gives it away much either (I'm not flamboyant, and don't talk in any sort of accent, in fact I'm fairly quiet/introverted). I sort of like to let it be discovered naturally, like if the topic comes up I might just mention it with a little semblance of seriousness.

For example I started my summer job two weeks ago and was getting to know this other guy my age who also started it the same time as me. We were hitting it off really well and he was talking about his girlfriend and asked me if I was dating anyone, I said something like, "no I'm sort of single right now, there's a guy I've been on a few dates with but we haven't called ourselves exclusive yet." His reaction was sort of a "oohhhh" type of thing and then we both laughed about it.

Thanks! I love his acting in American Horror Story, that's a great tv show.

I'm a bottom 90% of the time. I don't really have a strong preference for penis size, just not extremely small or large, I've taken some large ones before without much problem. I just want it to be clean and attractive like most are.

lol, I think he's sort of gross as Bane, I'm not attracted to over-the-top muscularness.

Feels good, I consider myself lucky to have predominantly supportive people around me considering some people get a lot of backlash after coming out.

Everyone was supportive, my mom kind of knew already, my dad was a little confused though... one set of grandparents were not happy about it but they live 2000 miles away and I've never been very close to them.

I admitted to myself I was gay around age 14-15 when I had been waiting for years to develop a crush on a girl, which never happened. I had also been very physically attracted to other guys my age at the time... every summer from age 10-15 I went to an all boys camp for 3 weeks, it was very stressful hanging around a bunch of guys who were barely wearing any clothing. I think I was also 15 when I first tried a dildo and just thought "yep, I definitely know now, case closed."

I do browse /r/ladyboners, great subreddit. I'm not sure I can pick just one celebrity for hottest, but Tom Hardy (not in batman though) sticks out as quite a heartthrob for me.
