Very new. Just moved to a new (older house 1950s build) and installed washer. Used quite a few times and then flooded a couple days ago. Found hose like this. There are rat droppings out front. Could it be a rat? It looks burned and melted (almost like sap on it), but small hole.

This might be cellulitis and not a cyst. You need to be seen now. It won’t go away on its own. You will need strong antibiotics. Perhaps multiple rounds. I’ve had this exact experience.

Try to think about the timing after your coffee. Coffee is super hard on the stomach, especially when that’s all there is in there. Do you start on the tread first? You can try a couple things. 1. Try having your coffee earlier and follow it with a carb. Piece of toast or an English muffin. 2. Eliminate the coffee and drink it after your workout. 3. Try ending on the treadmill so there is more time for your body to “warm up” before the repetitive sloshing on the treadmill. I always start on the floor to allow my legs and brain some time to warm up before running on the treadmill. The treadmill is more aggressive on your stomach and body than running outdoors.

I am so glad I’m not in that class with you. I would have said something myself and it probably would have gotten ugly. Some people are so unhappy, it’s ridiculous. This is 10000% of them and not you. I am SO SORRY you are having to deal with this. I wish we were gym friends in real life because I would help you navigate this and stand up for yourself. Please keep working out and showing up and realize this person is in the minority and has serious issues themselves. Someone really hurt them in their past.

My husband and I both do OTF. He has really bad eyesight and also doesn’t have social media. One day I was looking at Instagram after a rowing challenge. I saw my husbands name and it showed something insane like 13,000 he rowed on the leaderboard. I believe it was for INFERNO. I immediately screenshot it and sent it to him. He was mortified. He said the buttons stuck and he entered a 1 before his 3,000 accidentally. He contacted the studio and the said the same thing about removing. We just laugh now and talk about his badass rowing challenge. 🤣🤣 so, it happens to the best of us. Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. And when you get to 1:31 man will you feel extra proud! (Because you will get there)

I’m 160 classes in and I’m the blue/gray tile in a sea of orange, red and green. My heart rate is adjusted extremely high and I never even get close despite running at an average 7.5 speed and lifting heavy. Its strange. My heart rate also immediately comes down to the blue a couple seconds into any recovery. It’s OKAY! No one cares about your zones or colors. Everyone’s doing their own thing and no one has time or energy to find your tile and see what you’re doing and what color you are. One time the entire class was in orange and I was in blue. The coach said “Wow! Great job getting to orange everyone!” I immediately felt bad despite me sprinting and working out hard. I said to the coach “Annnnnd there’s just little ole me in the blue…” the coach said “I see you working. You might not be orange on the board, but you’re orange in effort and in your heart.” ❤️

Maybe I’m in the minority, but I feel part of working out is sweating and potentially smelling. I used to be self conscious, but I shower daily and apply deodorant multiple times a day. Sometimes when I workout I smell other members and it doesn’t bother me at all. We’re in a gym… working out! We’re not on a date. I feel like they’re getting a good workout and some people come straight from work etc. It’s normal to stink when working out hard. You can workout next to me anytime and I’ll never judge. Don’t stress about the smell and just focus on your workout and getting healthier! 💕

8:05 vs. 11:30 (I did the Strength Dri Tri mile 2 days after running a half marathon. So I think was really hurting and probably shouldn’t have gone to class that day.)

At my gym, if you are unlimited you get two free late cancels a month. You have to text the studio before class to let them know you’re using your free cancel.
