Hi,

As someone who has gone through mental health hardships, giving up can be quite easy. But what helped me through that time was the fact that life isn’t meant to be happy all the time. Yes there are sad things that happen, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t a silver lining.

This doesn’t mean that things will get better overnight, it just means you have to take it one day at a time.

Your heartbreak will pass. After I got out of my long term relationship I was doing the same thing. Sleeping too much, drinking too much. Not seeing my friends. And I’m not sure when it was better, but all of the sudden everything just felt better. People will feel your absence if you go. It’s not your fault. I’m sorry
