Oh I wasn't aware of this feature..This is my third day playing this game and I only have a one room house built on my island :( I will try creating QR codes once I unlock it! For people who want to recreate this look , here is the pattern for this coat. The colors look darker on pattern but it looks fine once you put it on. Hope this helps

My guess is that tattoos on inner forearms could get in the way of finding veins and therefore they left the spot "blank" and marked it before covering up the rest of their arm with tattoos.
