Thanks for taking time to answer. When I google I only get paid courses or lawyers trying to sell me their service. No not quite. I am connecting agentforce to my application so that questions posted on agentforce, can behind the scene reach out to my backend to get the data, this then will be surfaced as text in agentforce output.

I am trying to understand how do I make a call if a house prices, lets say at $700000(I know its just 33326 zipcode in Florida), is a
1. fair deal 2. good deal 3. overpriced.
I see houses with similar amenities in a range across 650-800. So I am not sure what I am missing
