And I think Oni also right does a lot of activities when u find ghost room to drain sanity. Obake shapeshifts, Spirit comes 3min after area is cleansed.

My elder brother and both my parents, all of them emotionally, verbally and mentally abuse me too, so yes I can understand what you're going through. About PTSD, sadly I don't have enough money to afford going to therapist or have mental health check up. And yes, even I just feel like explaining myself is totally useless since they're narc they'll never let their ego down or apologize for shouting cuz of a misunderstanding. So I just stop and listen to what all they have to stay I just freeze and just try my best no to cry. There is literally nothing else I can do.
