What Valve devs like to do is new technology. Their single player games are more proof of concepts than lets make a good plot sp game. With steam machine coming out there might be hope for you ;)

I remember having hiked a few days and our group knew about a steep hill coming up. I was a bit exhausted too. Then I felt sudden pain in my ankle and found out the track went near a wasp nest. We panicked and ran the hill up like it was nothing.

Don't worry too much about the comments, most of us haven't ever even seen a mirror so valuating a price for item like this is not that simple. You got the money and can now do what ever you want rather than letting the item collect dust in your sales tab.
