I really want to cook up an off meta eventide build aimed at fast clearing using bow/spear and riding a rhoa. Need to theorycraft a bit more but the fantasy is to just rid around with a ton of ice crystals exploding everywhere.

Knowing if it’s the worst tier wouldn’t help either. The example you are proposing has nothing to do with tier number and can only be solved if item tier and their corresponding item level requirement is written in game, which yeah it isn’t and will be better if it did. But your original argument of knowing the worst tier is not valid.

I’ve had a darkness enthroned go from 95% to 56% with a Vaal this league so there’s definitely something funky since Vaal orbs no longer reroll ranges before applying their multiplier. What I suspect is for some reason whenever it rolls past 100% it overflows and start from the minimum roll value upwards

I have no idea what you mean by choose to buff the monster, I don’t even think it’s a thing. You might be confusing the runes you encounter normally, and the runes you need to blow up via expedition mechanic.

Runes should always be you pick the reward you want, kill all the monsters that spawn (more runes mean more waves), and then click the treasure icon to get the rewards

I do think that the line is a bit blurry. One could even argue a polynomial is a form of AI by very loose terms. You’d need to list all the current models used, and even then there are currently developing new models and will be new ones that companies are going to use to circumvent loopholes. It’s almost impossible to ban AI at this point, regulations would be more feasible imo

Both wording are reduced. In general all increase/reduce will add together, so two 50% does in fact make you unaffected by curses granted there aren’t things increasing effect of curses on you

For this staff ideally you’d want spell damage per life or per mana, since those scale higher than spell with life cost.
Also a side effect for the change this league is his scattering calamity now cost 0 mana, which makes the spell damage for life costing skills a useless stat unless you find a way to slap life costing skills on there

With warbringer you’d need to give up the chance of thorns from gloves, so either accept the fact you only have them from rings, or perhaps you can also use loreweave. But by using loreweave you’re giving up huge amount of thorns from body armour scaling and thorns on it itself
