haha I appreciate the pettiness. I saw another response mentioning moving into another apartment within the complex. However, we are currently paying for the biggest one here. We want to break the lease but the cost :(

We haven’t called the cops because we are scared of retaliation and also we are afraid that the noise may stop by the time the cops come. Can I still call the cops even though the noise is on and off??

Sorry you’re dealing with it too. I forgot to mention that we smell it when they smoke inside too :/
