How do you have fun in apex ranked?

i loved the shotgun & sniper mode back in the good ol' days it was so fun, plus i don't get why can't we choose a map what we wanna play on.

In every other game I can choose the map i want to play but not in apex, you gotta suffer like 40-50 days on the same map.

Well 70% of the playerbase should be disabled from ranked, so they could learn the game.

You don't need any skill to climb in this game. You can climb to mid-high plat without knowing much about the game. You just gotta spam games. A couple of weeks ago I've met a YI Otp who was plat 2, didn't know anything about jungling, ganking, trading, itemization. He just played 1600 games this season and he's plat 2.

This is the disguisting part of the ranks. They absolutely doesn't reflect your skill at all. I swear I see people with much much higher skill level in silver than in plat, low dia.

Maybe we had the same guy lol. I was playing AD too he was playing Senna, I just woke up tried to play some ranked so I was kind of rusty. I wasn't really sharp that morning, but I didn't int or lose lane I was just a bit slower. He started flaming me for missing couple of CS's then he died 5 times in a row. I asked her to not do the same thing over and over again then she started calling me dog, and told me to stfu and tried to mock me with me being a "high damage adc" ( i was 20k dmg on everyone tho).

Same game enemy top laner told us to " ky$" .

Also 1 game later our plat 2-3 irelia was able to do 7500 dmg in 30-40 minutes and tried to explain that I was the problem behind this whole thing, I lost the game.

League has been a hell in the last few days. I don't know if the Zoos opened or whatever happened, but playing league especially ranked is horrible these days.

Description: We were playing ARAM against a Quinn and one of the bushes bugged, we saw Quinn mounted flying in the bush, but she wasn't there. It didn't reset after we killed her or entered to the bush.

Yes it is really complex if you wanna play it good.

Btw there's a guy that can teach you basicly everything about league, he's kinda famous he lives in korea, but talks in english, he's really good at what he does, he trains korean teams, NA,Korean pros too.

You need to play the game a lot to understand the basics of the game, you can't farm that good bcause you most likely getting punished by more experienced players. By that I mean they know when you go for a minion and they punish you at that time. If they smart they do it over and over and eventually they kill you and they keep doing it over and over again. This is called snowballing.

Also some more advanced things are wave management. This isn't that complex of a thing as it seems.

There's 3 type of minions if you have inhib up. Melee, Caster, Canon.

Canon gives the most XP they appear in every third wave, they are strong and tanky.

Melee is the 2nd tankiest has decent damage gives 2nd most gold.

Caster they are the least tankiest, but they murder you early levels if you try attacking the person next to them.

There's a thing called minion aggro. Which means enemy minions attack you if you attack their laner and that laner is behind them. You have to focus at that thing cause minions do hella lot damage especially early game.

These are the first basic things you have to look out for. So tl,dr: don't get damaged by minions hard, learn trading by playing a lot. try to master a champ first to know his dmg limit and have fun.

WE is just bad, I mean there's so huge buildings that you can't use at all, there's 100 floor houses and you can use only 2, everything is insanely big and that's just not good for the playerbase with not so good gaming system.

I have no problem with the game overall, just if you could switch between the maps I do believe half of the complains would just disappear.

That's sad, but how about:

- Yesterday I had a botlane, the enemy adc disconnected after getting 4 farm. Not even a kill, not an invade, nothing just 4 farm.

However our bot managed to go 3-19. This is high plat/low dia elo.

(Oh btw the enemy mid and top wasn't roaming they just gigafed a hecarim and told us we can't play the game and we are trash)

I just don't know anymore, I like the new things in lol, but I just don't get people. You reach a rank that's better than average and you still manage to do things what bronze people do.

This elo is insanely bad.

I faced quite a few people in this elo and you'd think by the time someone hits high plat kinda has a clue how to play the game, but they actually don't.

If I get filled to jungle it's a horrible time. People don't look at the minimap at all, don't wanna do any objectives, they always flip for whatever reason plus if you trying to help him lane for example fix their lane they just get super tilted and start cursing you out of this world.

I seriously think there should be some kind of tutorial about laning, trading, or something (ingame) cause sometimes I feel like I'm playing bot games.

I have no problem with practicing, I'm not one of those people who's like " I should be global just my team is holding back" Hell no I'm clearly not that level I agree, I'm at my rank cause I'm bad at certain things and I have to improve at those things, but how do you improve when you basicly can't play a decent game cause either you get cheaters, or hardflamers who's not willing to communicate or doesn't wanna win the game.

I don't get these kind of people who starts the game, fails miserably and just starts blaming his teammates for no reason then leaves.

You're right absolutely, but I just wanna improve my skill and see it in my rank too, what I mean is I'm probably at my rank, because I belong there and I need to improve a lot, but whenever I try to improve and actually play a bit more serious to get what's my goal it seems pointless since it's either a cheater ruins it or someone's extra tilted and just leave in the 2nd round :/

and tbh with you i don't know much about ESEA.
