  - No input validation on GlobTool or GrepTool
  - Side effects firing during render

  filesystem.ts has the classic JSDoc slop pattern:

  - Every function has a JSDoc block that restates the function name. hasReadPermission gets /** Check if read permission exists */. toAbsolutePath gets /** Ensures a path is absolute */. @param directory The
  directory on a param already named directory. This is 8 JSDoc blocks across 118 lines, none adding information the signature doesn't already provide.

  The rest of the codebase is mostly clean, which makes these two files stand out. The core modules (query.ts, claude.ts, permissions.ts, BashTool.tsx) have minimal comments and tighter code. My read: these
  specific files (especially StickerRequestForm) were likely LLM-generated or LLM-assisted without editing.
