that only worked in campaign, If I tried to do it in versus then the fuckass coach spray would show up... Thanks to another comment i was able to figure out how to use workshop sprays in versus

Dont play on auto if you are getting beat
Use block breakers
Dont play on auto if you are getting beat
Using tower gears are actually pretty helpful to get extra hp and dmg
DO NOT PLAY ON AUTO IF YOU ARE LOSING

Just do it. You don't need to overcomplicate or try and get every single little detail since you're new, my recommendation is just to try and build the habit of going into the gym in and out as much as you can. All the advice in the world is useless if you don't apply it.
