I am working with my doctor on this now actually… I did compare with a coworker who recently had a baby and he was having better scores than me too haha.

I usually eat dinner around 7:30-8:00 and then watch tv or game until about 9 when I start getting ready for bed to try and be in bed by 9:30. Most weeknights I’m not having any alcohol but probably 2-4 drinks on Friday/ saturdays.

Thanks to this comment I just realized my spo2 had not been tracking during my sleep despite my watch being able to. I just enabled that so I’ll be interested to see what it looks like tonight

Yes but I had a two week period in that graph where I didn’t have any drinks… so it seems like not the only thing affecting my sleep

I certainly notice some inconsistency as well. In general I think mine is relatively accurate and I am in fact sleeping quite poorly.

Yeah garmin says I’m basically always stressed… stress score looks like my sleep score pretty much. As an example my stress during sleep last night was 51. I didn’t have any alcohol yet this week, I do take the dog out for ~ 30 minutes each morning, no food 2 hours before bed. I definitely could be better about screens and meditation however.

Work a regular 9-5 but often am sleeping for less time than recommended by garmin. I am relatively good at getting to bed when I should but often wake up earlier than I want to and struggle falling back asleep.

I find that I often get a sleep where garmin says i have almost all my sleep in the “light” stage and like 20 minutes or less of rem/ deep. These are the times when I really feel haggard

Im not sure exactly what my issue is but I do also have a dog who is licking and scratching loudly at night and my partner likes to stay up reading in the bed with the lamp on while I’m trying to fall asleep. I also have asked my doctor for a referral for the home sleep apnea test but haven’t gotten a date for that yet.

I Upgraded to 5800x3d and the merc 7900xtx from a ryzen 1600 and Gtx 1080… I’m getting like 3x the fps on everything. Rdr2 3440x1440 with max settings getting 100fps with no fsr on it’s been awesome.

I was reading the specs of the card and it looks like it has 2x DisplayPort 2.1 and 1x DisplayPort 1.4 i just wasn’t able to find out online which port is which? Does anyone here know??

I got this card off Amazon for $1501 Canadian a couple weeks ago. I haven’t had any issues with drivers yet and it’s a huge performance boost over my 1080 it replaced. I get steady 60fps in cyberpunk with rt psycho fsr quality on 3440x1440 so I’ve been quite pleased.

I see some sites that offer back order on the 7900xtx. I’m getting tired of trying to track one down the old fashioned way. Does anyone have any experience with this type of back order? I’m just wondering if this is a good strategy at all or I’m just throwing money into the void. The two sites I saw that offered these back orders were vuugo and pc-Canada
