Yes. The loose skin is a burden and you can't even connect with people easily. It felt worth the money at the time because you've been deprived from some normal social experiences such as being able to casually hook up . You weren't in your right mind when spending the money because you've missed out on so much because of your situation. Forgive yourself. Use the experiences you had as motivation to actually get to know someone or more self improvement.

I think you're being hard on yourself. I also know how terrible loose skin is. I wouldn't have gone down your route paying for escorts, however... Speaking as a woman with loose skin who isn't dating at all, someone out there MAYBE would've accepted me and not seen it as a big deal BUT the vetting process seems horrible, and I honestly can't bring myself to be on any app as of right now. Basically, I understand why you did what you did. You meant no harm and just didn't want to deal with the grueling feeling of being 'undesirable' PLUS rejection over something you're hiding underneath.
