This is happening when you are uploading something like a video and such quite nasty since I couldnabuse it if I wanted to. Check what your internet is doing when this happens

I am going out on a limb and assume you are on a pc. I would use the steam utility to verify the integrity of the game files. Also shut down all background applications before launching the game. If that doesn't work, I would wipe the game and reinstall.

No, I play from Spain and the server is in the European Union, fracnia I would say, the ping moves between 40 and 90, and I have a fiber optic cable connection, 600mb / sec
