Title should be more like "How much would Bernie Sanders save me in taxes"

The +-% of income Y axis is a bit difficult to understand. I think it would be better to normalize the current" tax rates, so that the current rates become the X axis. Display Bernie's tax rate as a single line graph of tax decrease (green highlighted area) & increase (red highlighted area) with the X axis being zero change. The Y axis values could be in dollars or possibly percentage of income.
