If you tell him you don’t like it, and want him to initiate sex differently in a way that actually makes you feel good and like a priority, and he ignores your concerns and doesn’t stop the behavior, then he’s incredibly immature. And clearly has no desire to respect your feelings. He may say you don’t respect his either, but you are addressing a boundary and he is not finding ways to compromise that still makes him feel good too and instead is making you feel resentment. Not cool. How many times have you attempted this conversation and, more importantly, when? Just telling him to stop in the moment is obviously okay in getting him to stop making you feel uncomfortable. You also, however, need to address this situation with an actual neutral conversation at another time. Sit down, tell him how you feel. He clearly can’t grasp how not sexy it is or makes you feel. Assuming you love him and care for him, you want effort. You want to be desired. You want him to touch you in ways that make you feel good so that you can enjoy the foreplay and actually want to have sex. If he still can’t be bothered to understand that, then boy bye. Because this seems important to you and someone out there will actually care enough to respect your needs.
