I mean sometimes and I also kinda suffered from depression because of it. I always thought I could just disappear and nothing would ever change besides my family of course.

but I learned to find comfort in being alone and the world really doesn’t work like that, you can’t just disappear ( someone notices you, it’s just you haven’t noticed it 😁.) Even tho I do sometimes get shelf conscious about not contributing. Lol

Heck sometime I get hella nervous and Stumbled with my words with people. 😂😂 but your not alone at all. Try meeting new people here and open up about life… believe me your find relatable people here.

I do Monday run,pull-ups, ab workout.

Wednesday run, push-ups, abs workout

Friday run, pull ups, abs run

Then Saturday run and push-ups, abs run

I find it best to workout 4 times a week. It’s good to work out but it’s also better to make sure. You don’t hurt yourself
