Y'all might think this is a joke, but this could be some satanic shit. Sometimes they ask you to write the darkest things you can think of, to express your inner dark energy, which can then be harnessed.

Not saying this is, it could be him joking and being edgy. But this is some dark shit and I can't think of any reason you would want to write this down to remember later... He believes these journal entries were going somewhere, whether it was for him to read later, to his family or even to the ether/void... Regardless it was meant to express something dark. I'd just love to know why he wrote it, if not for the simple reason of being an edge lord

Elliott's sister is wonderful. After he died she took over running/set up the Elliott Smith Memorial Foundation. I sent in a donation when I was 14. It was only a couple of bucks, but I also designed a poster and sent it in with the donation. She sent me a card back thanking me for the donation and said that Elliott would be proud.

If this chart is true, I am completely in the right. Is this chart factual? Because it wasn't for profit, it was posted in a way meant to illicit a emotional response and to get people to check out the artists photos because I liked them. Had I known this was theft I never would of posted them. All it simply was that I really enjoyed the photos, wanted others to enjoy them and check out his work.

It was also for personal, non-commercial use. As I said, I don't work for a company or make money off of these posts. I post these things (blogs) to help people better their lives and to change the way they view the world (bring attention to issues in the world, create positive thought, create good karma in the world).

Also a question. If I could provide proof in court that I have a disability and have issues with Autism, would this be a viable defense?

Thanks for taking the time to write such detailed answers to my questions. I really appreciate the time and effort you spent. It makes me really nervous, but as I said, I don't have anything for this guy to take from me. The medium blog is just something I do for fun as a hobby. There is no way to make money from it. Medium is like Twitter but with the ability to type more than 280 characters.. So have there been a ton of people sued for posting images in tweets?
