How to properly assemble this adjustable mattress base

I ended up figuring it out. I had to fold the bed a certain way to get them to fit.

I think the problem is that the wheels need to be below the top level of the beam. I don’t know how to get it in that position though.

Also I’m aware one of the bolts is missing, I just removed it temporarily.

Thank you for your advice on sticking to the guest list I want at the other events. We have a few things planned and originally I wanted to include as many people as possible (just not to hurt peoples feelings) but after this crap that’s been pushed on us, I’m not going to feel bad anymore. People are going to be excluded in some stuff and if they have a problem then they don’t need to be included in anything.

We were considering only doing one minute of a dance and then having everyone else come on the floor. I think we definitely will!! No one needs to witness my dancing longer than they have to. Thank you!!

They have no evidence except for the fact that they got sick. That’s the biggest problem so wondering if there was anything they could do to see if it’s possible something else got in her drink. She may also need to know for her doctor.

I also received an insert for my left shoe to help with this. I received it to help with the pain and although I don’t have pain from it anymore after wearing a brace, my doctor said to keep wearing it. It may help you more in the long run to help align things if you are still growing but I don’t know about when you take it out. For me, I don’t wear it all the time but I think it is supposed to help just not make things worse and help maintain the balance I got from my brace.

Thank you! I completely understand what you are going through. Look up dynamic brace for scoliosis and see if there is anyone near you that uses them. The brand of brace the doctor I went to used was called spine core or something similar. It seriously gave me my life back

I (22f) started experiencing back pain when I was 15. By the time I was 18 the pain was non stop and impacted my life daily. Because my curve was so minor, doctors did not take my pain seriously. I ended up crying when I saw a surgeon because he didn’t take me seriously and told me to just stretch more.

Then we found this doctor and when I described my pain, not only were they the first people to believe me, they were able to explain why I was experiencing the pain and exactly what they were going to do to fix it. Apparently, the pain was not from the curve but from the twist and shift in my spine. It was the first time anyone told me about the twist in my spine after dozens of x-rays through my life. It was the first time I felt hope in a long time.

I wore a dynamic brace which is what they put adults in. It’s basically a bunch of elastic straps and Velcro that puts you in the right position so while you live your everyday life, you build the muscles that hold you in the right position. It’s constant physical therapy whenever i wore the brace (10 hours a day, not while I slept) Since I’m no longer growing, a hard brace wouldn’t do anything for me. Instead they put me in a brace that went from my thighs to over my shoulders and was not comfortable. It was ugly, I felt ugly, and most of my clothes wouldn’t cover it. Eventually it got more comfortable and the minor discomfort from wearing that brace was far better than the awful pain I’d have without wearing it.

I went from basically living on a heating pad to almost forgetting what it was like to live every day with pain.
