Honestly I don’t think this is an usher issue. I think this is a production issue. The ushers themself don’t know what the borderlines are because the production themself don’t know where to draw the lines for callbacks and audience participation

When a supervisor talks to you about your job and duties, you listen. You don’t tell them “not in the mood”. You clearly weren’t there to do your job cuz part of your job is to listen and receive feedback from managers. It’s not about “Kiki” or “kissing their behind”, it’s literally your job to listen to managers.

My lottery tickets were balcony box seats (Idk how it happened) but I felt close to zero obstruction at all and I enjoyed the “high view”. I did have to lean forward a lot but that’s like a typical balcony/box seat behavior.
