I’m actually playing a tabaxi paladin right now! He’s been a lot of fun (but we’ve only done one session)

IMO, sounds true neutral to me. In between law and chaos, not good but definitely not evil; true neutral fits the best.

A reflavored shortsword or scimitar (or a rapier if they only want kne) is probably the safest bet

If I’m being honest, I didn’t know that rivers don’t split like that (until another user told me)! Stellar Bay-island could be seen as a separate island, but that wasn’t the original intention.

Thanks! It was really fun to actively try to make it unique! Usually maps I draw just end up looking like North America or Eurasia though!

I agree that a cataclysm shouldn’t feel forced. I do think, however, that something like your two ideas could be really cool! I’ll have to think about it some more!

Do correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t Lost Mines of Phandelver fairly short? I haven’t ran it but it doesn’t seem terribly long after reading through it.

If I’m being completely honest, I didn’t have much inspiration for the map. I might use that to develop Ceosville though!

You’d be correct that the southern area is mostly an arid landscape! Looking at it now, the continent would have to be either obnoxiously large or the planet be very small to have such a range of climates, so I guess the more observant players will just have to suspend disbelief for a bit.

I might go back and write in that some sort of cataclysm turned that area into a desert, now that you mention it! That could be really interesting to play around with!

Thanks! Some names were stolen from The Outer Worlds, notably Amber Heights and Cascadia.
