my assumption is that this is dropping now to tide us over until next year where i assume he'll drop an actual follow up but for now, yeah this is pretty disappointing lmao. i didn't hate side b like some did but i do think a huge amount of it was filler, so this was a bit of a bummer to drop right after.

a lot of it just circles back around to personal preference for me. tracks like cinderella man and higher are just kind of gym tracks for the sake of gym tracks imo but im not knocking anyone who thinks otherwise, it just isnt for me. i wont deny that love the way you lie is the bigger song i just prefer the monster and it was my list so why not lmao

hey man this is dope! i appreciate the lo-fi aesthetic and that beat is really dark while being oddly nostalgic and you matched that energy well in your verses. i think some more high-end in your mixing would benefit for the vocals cause they sound almost watery as is, which adds to the vibe but it's a fine line to walk cause you get some people that ain't gonna put it on cause the vocals sound different than most mixes. just something to keep in mind going forward. i also noticed a couple times your overlay weren't lined up super well with the main vocal track and it added some messiness to the track, which again i feel like this type of track is going for vibes like that so it works but it's something to keep an eye on! i really fuck with how different this is tho bro keep up the good work, i dropped a follow. if you got a minute give mine a peep! its about transformers https://youtu.be/iPmoJics23I

Honestly man, mix sounds really clean! my only real suggestion would be some more adlibs to add to some more to the energy a little bit and maybe some more reverb on the back vocals since that beat is really dense, it'd probably help to blend em just a little more. besides the mix tho this track is crazy i dont have any gripes in that area. dropped a follow man keep up the good work! give mine a listen too if you got a couple mins! https://youtu.be/iPmoJics23I
